I have serious health issues, and the surgeon treating me advised me to give up my first non-motorized tricycle because I risked having complications. He told me that I needed an electric tricycle with pedal assistance. I thought to myself that such a thing didn’t exist. While searching the web, I found the Damius website. I called them to get some information. The advisor was wonderful. He asked me questions regarding my disability, whether the area where I want to use the tricycle is flat or hilly, whether I want to cover many kilometers or not, and also my height… Before placing the order, I was also able to communicate by email, and the responses came back to me very quickly. The delivery went very well. I quickly gained confidence, and today, in 2 years, I have covered a little over 1,000 km. I am living again. I share excellent moments with family and friends. We also acquired the tricycle carrier, which is great. The only drawback that could perhaps be improved is that you have to lift the tricycle onto it. It is a pity there isn’t a cylinder on it to lower it to the ground. Because even if my husband can still lift it, as we get older, it will become complicated.
\nIn short, if future customers are still hesitating, I tell you loud and clear: buy it… it will change your life and give you back your freedom. I have had 13 hip operations, and I thought I would never get back on a bike again.
