Amount of the Ecological Bonus
In 2024, the ecological bonus allows you to receive assistance equal to 40% of the purchase price of your tricycle and the selected options, up to a maximum of €2,000. Whether you choose an electric tricycle or not, this assistance makes the purchase more affordable and accessible.
Eligibility Conditions
To find out whether you can benefit from this assistance and the amount you are entitled to, here are the eligibility conditions:
People with Reduced Mobility:
- You receive 40% of the total invoice amount, capped at €2,000.
- Required supporting documents: disability card, European parking card, CDAPH notification, mobility inclusion card, or proof of receiving disability assistance (AAH, MVA, AEEH, PCH).
Able-bodied people or people with reduced mobility with a reference taxable income per share < of €7,100:
- You are entitled to 40% of the total invoice amount, capped at €2,000.
Able-bodied people or people with reduced mobility with a reference taxable income per share < of €15,400:
- You can receive 40% of the total invoice amount, capped at €1,000.
Legal entities:
- For companies, associations, and other entities, the assistance is 40% of the total invoice amount, capped at €1,000.
Steps to Receive the Assistance
Assistance application:
- See the details on the official Prime à la Conversion website or call the toll-free number 0 800 74 74 00.
- Once your tricycle has been delivered, you will receive an invoice stating “adapted bicycle” as well as a unique identification number.
Submit the application:
- Submit your application within 6 months of the invoice date on the Prime à la Conversion website by clicking the “submit my application” tab and following the instructions provided. ( https://www.primealaconversion.gouv.fr/dboneco/accueil/access.html )
