The Compact keeps what matters in a Damius tricycle: stability, standard differential, and genuine electric assistance, in a size that fits where a classic tricycle doesn’t: a garage already occupied by a car, a pantry, a building’s bike room. And its frame folds to go on holiday with you.

Key Features
Stores Anywhere 10 cm narrower and 28 cm shorter than our classic tricycles. Regarding equipment, everything is already included: disc brakes on each wheel, battery-powered lighting with brake lights, left rearview mirror, full fenders, wide saddle and pedals, and a rear basket for groceries. The assistance cuts off at 25 km/h, so the Compact remains an electric assist bicycle: no license, no registration.
Good to Know Before Choosing
Its 16-inch wheels with wide tires (7 cm) are comfortable on asphalt and stabilized paths, but pass over a curb or old cobblestones less easily than 24-inch wheels.
Its rear basket is approximately 25 liters, compared to 41 liters on the Essentiel and Evasion. A front basket is available as an option. And when folded, it still weighs 29 kg: it’s easier to load with two people.

Choose the Compact if space is your real constraint or if you are under 1.50 m tall. If you often ride on damaged surfaces, the Evasion will be more comfortable at the same price.

What Size? The Compact is suitable if your inseam height is between 67 and 94 cm. To measure it, stand barefoot with your back against a wall, a book between your legs, and measure from the floor to the top of the book.

Each Compact carries a BICYCODE number, the anti-theft marking recognized by the State, which allows the police or gendarmerie to return your tricycle to you in case of theft.

Is the Compact as powerful as other Damius tricycles?
Yes for assistance: same 45 Nm motor and same standard range as the Essentiel and Evasion. It differs in its format: smaller wheels, folding frame, smaller basket.
Does the folded Compact fit in a car boot?
It depends on the vehicle: a station wagon, a utility vehicle, or a camper van are better suited than a small city car. Expect 29 kg to lift, easier with two people.
I am 1.45 m tall, is it suitable?
Yes, the Compact accommodates users from 1.40 m. Simply check that your inseam height is between 67 and 94 cm.
Do I need a license to ride it?
