Dear Mr. Mathis,
It is the fact that I have always loved cycling throughout my life that gave me the idea of eventually buying a tricycle. However, with age (84 years old), I felt increasingly insecure handling a bicycle (for example, when dismounting). As I absolutely did not want to give up cycling, it was finally thanks to a happy coincidence that I discovered the tricycle.
My initial contact with Damius, as well as the entire process leading up to delivery, was handled to my complete satisfaction, despite the language barrier.
As riding a tricycle is completely different from riding a conventional bicycle, it took me about two weeks to get used to it. In the meantime, I greatly enjoy taking my daily bike ride when the weather permits, chatting with acquaintances along the way, or stopping for a coffee at the cafeteria.
I have thus regained a great deal of freedom that I would not have had otherwise, as walking presents difficulties for me.
Sincerely,
Elisabeth Kast
