>> How long are your tricycles guaranteed?

Our warranty conditions are among the best on the market:

Lifetime warranty on frames
A 3-year warranty on electric motors
A 2-year warranty on batteries
A 2-year warranty on other mechanical and electrical components

But beyond the warranty period, we attach a lot of importance to the conditions under which the warranty takes place. Our tricycles have therefore been designed with great care and enjoy an exemplary reliability; in case of problem, each element is removable and replaceable by the user himself. In the vast majority of cases, the defective part is then quickly and easily replaced. Should more technical issues arise (as it is rarely the case) we use repairing services located the closest to our customers, sometimes home repairers can even be dispatched. The goal is to carry out the repairs on the tricycle as quickly as possible and in the greatest simplicity!

>> What is the lifespan of the batteries of electric tricycles?

Lithium batteries on our electric tricycles have a lifespan of about 4 to 7 years. This represents between 600 and 800 cycles of charging your battery. This information comes from our experience and feedback from our customers, it seems to us that it is the most reliable information :)


>> Are the tricycles delivered assembled?

Yes, all our adult tricycles are delivered fully assembled, adjusted and ready to use. This intervention is carried out in our workshops by specialized technicians, as a guarantee of quality and confidence for our customers.
In addition, you can choose to receive your tricycle directly to your home or pick it up directly on-site, we will welcome you with great pleasure!

>> Is it possible to ride a custom tricycle?

If you choose accessories and options in addition to your tricycle, they will be installed on your tricycle before shipments to your home. But our technicians are also able to make tailor-made assemblies with special installations so that your tricycle is the most adapted to your needs. Contact us to let us know about your wishes, we will do our best to realize them! Depending on the case, a technician will call you to validate the final design with you.

>> How much does delivery cost?

Good news, home delivery of your ready-made tricycle costs just 1€! (valid for metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco) and 100€ (valid for Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland and Luxembourg).

This is not much but for us the assembling, packaging and shipping amount to a very significant cost!

>> How long does it take to receive my order?

If the tricycle you have chosen, and the desired accessories are available, it will take about 5 business days for you to receive your order at home. Once your payment is validated, we assemble your tricycle within 48 hours. After the carrier processes your parcel, your items can arrive to your home in 72 hours. This period varies depending on the delivery date you choose from the carrier.

We do our best to indicate the times of availability of our tricycles on their respective product data sheet. Deadlines are also indicated when you place the ordering process online. If you have any doubt or if you want to be reassured, do not hesitate to contact us.

>> How does the After-Sales-Service work?

If you encounter any problem with your tricycle during the warranty period and as part of its normal use, we will diagnose the problem together and send you substitution part(s) so that you can replace the defective one.
If you are unable to repair your tricycle yourself or depending on the issue, we can either direct you to the cycle shop closest to you which will be able to take care of the repairs or even require the services of a home repairman if there is one in your area.
